According to a trusted Rockstar Games official, the first Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer will be released this year. Better still, there will almost certainly be a full-fledged gameplay trailer.
While there’s no indication of what to expect from it, if it does it’ll be a significant improvement over previous first trailers. Most of the early trailers are teaser clips, others focused solely on CGI or even a game logo. Tez2 is likewise a perfectionist when it comes to accuracy.

Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer leak
They predicted that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be announced in early 2022 with “expected to be released a year later”. They’ve also proven correct in many GTA Online updates in the past. When Grand Theft Auto 5 was first announced in 2011, Rockstar followed suit with a trailer that same year.
During a recent commercial earnings call, Take-Two stated that its focus will be on single-player games. “Rockstar is known for its storytelling,” Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two, told GAMINGbible. He also added that he is “famous for these great open-world experiences.”
Rockstar announced the development last week Grand Theft Auto 6 “going well”. Due to Take-current Two’s financial guidance, analysts had previously predicted that the game would be released in March 2024.
