Science SARU Studios has brought some exciting news for manga fans: the adaptation of ‘Dandadan‘ for anime is confirmed and the first teaser has already been released, piquing the curiosity of viewers.
Under the direction of Fūga Yamashiro and with supervision and script by Hiroshi Seko, known for his work on ‘Attack on Titan’, the anime is scheduled to premiere on Japanese TVs in 2024.

‘Dandadan’ tells the story of Momo Ayase, a student with a peculiar perspective on reality, the result of her upbringing with her grandmother, a medium who taught her to believe in the existence of spirits and demons.
The plot unfolds when Momo comes across Ken, a schoolmate who is marginalized for his firm belief in the existence of alienswhich makes him a target of bullying.
From this unexpected and totally unimaginable encounter, the two unite and challenge each other to prove their supernatural beliefs.
Suddenly, they are drawn into a war between factions of hidden creatures, culminating in a battle of planetary proportions.
The official synopsis reveals: “Will they be able to survive among demons, aliens, and very unique schoolmates?”
