“I beat him many times for playing cricket and neglecting lessons” – Naseem Shah’s father recounts pacer’s childhood

“His mother used to say when he was alive that one day I would play for Pakistan. We used to laugh how a man from Dir would join the Pakistani team‘ he said even more.

He then explained how Naseem was close to his mother as a child and wanted to see him play for Pakistan.

“She thinks about him and cries a lot. If my mom was here, she would be very happy to see me in the Pakistani jersey,” he says. said.

In response to the news that Bollywood actor Urvashi Rautela had posted an edited video showing him and Naseem playing romantic music in the background, Naseem’s father said: “I saw that, but I don’t know what’s right or wrong. I have no idea about it.”

Naseem’s father also said that the cricketer wants to focus only on cricket for the next four to five years and has no intention of marrying anyone.

“We had grown the marriage with him but he said he had no intention of marrying anyone for the next four or five years and just wanted to focus on cricket.” he had said that.
