Tamagotchi returns as a connected watch 25 years after its launch!

While Bandai celebrated Tamagotchi’s 20th anniversary with the reprint of its famous toy in 2017, the Japanese company has decided to leave behind a quarter of a century. And yes, the little beast is celebrating its 25th birthday in 2021. On this occasion, Bandi modernized the Tamagotchi formula.

Saying goodbye to the traditional oval shape, Bandai this time opts for a watch with the following name: Tamagotchi Smart. The manufacturer also took the opportunity to integrate various features that were not available in previous models, such as the possibility of interacting with the little beast. with voice or via touch screen for example to caress him.

Bandai modernizes the Tamagotchi with a connected watch

On the other hand, we will of course find the possibility to connect a camera, pedometer, digital clock and even a couple of Tamagotchi for even more insanity.
