The Google Home test convinced us that the connected speaker has made its way into our living room, but the search giant realizes that its product is probably not suitable for those looking for a more complete product to enjoy better sound quality. This new iteration will meet the expectations of more demanding users looking for a better audio experience.
Google Home Max: A connected speaker that blows the Watts
Google Home Max has 3.5 jack inputs to connect any compatible device. The speaker can produce sound 20 times stronger More than the standard version of Google Home. The device features two 4.5-inch speakers and a 0.7-inch tweeter, competing directly with Apple’s HomePod. Smart Voice relies on machine learning and its microphones to provide users with the best possible sound based on the location and atmosphere where Google Home Max is used.
The device will initially only be available in the United States at a price. $399 and will be marketed in other markets in 2018. However, Google did not specify the list of affected countries. Americans also get a free one-year subscription to YouTube Red. It’s a bit pricey and we can expect a higher price if it lands in France, it probably won’t be long, we’re still waiting for confirmation on this issue.
