However, downloading this version does not guarantee that you will receive voice calls, only a minority of people are entitled to it. For the more adventurous among you and those with a rooted terminal, a tip found by a user of the XDA forum allows you to enable the function using a command line.
Logically, the function can only be used with people who have it, so the possibilities are directly reduced, but an invite system simplifies things. Apparently, it would be enough for the recipient to call one of their contacts to have an invitation automatically sent, allowing them to access the search functionality.
