Vysor: Using your Android as a window on your computer is a breeze

It’s really practical to have your smartphone’s interface directly on your computer, you don’t have to take your smartphone with you for every notification. That way, we can reply to our SMS but also reply to our emails, or even play our favorite games directly from your computer, perhaps more practical for Pushbullet.

And an app provides this in a very simple and practical way: Vysor. The application takes advantage of the Android Debug Bridge, which allows create a mirror window of the smartphone interface on the computer, be it PC or MAC. Because it needs a Chrome extension that we mentioned before to run on the computer.

The problem is that until now you had to install Vysor on your smartphone via ADB, which thankfully blocked it more than once. The app is now available on the Play Store. The mobile app itself doesn’t do much, it just asks you to download the Chrome extension and it makes the connection.

The basic app is free, but there is usually a paid version with more features like the ability to transfer a file from computer to smartphone with a simple drag-and-drop operation. The Pro version costs $1.99 per month or $9.99 per year.
