Stage 1: Open Settings and go to Apps & notifications or Apps.

Step 2: Search for Google Play Music under All apps.

Stage 3: Tap on mobile data. Make sure the two toggles ‘Allow background data usage’ and ‘Allow app when data saver is on’ are enabled. The keys may have a different name on your phone.

5. Allow Autostart

On Mi phones, you have to give autostart permission to Google Play Music app to stop it from crashing.

To do this, follow these steps:

Stage 1: Open Settings and go to Permission.
