Supercell’s Rush Wars: Everything You Need to Know

Supercell has released the first beta of its all-new game Rush Wars. Here’s everything you need to know about this ultra competitive game from the developers of Brawl Stars, Clash Royale and Clash of Clans. And yes, it’s a tower defense war strategy game like all its other games that you’ll either love or hate.

In August, the company started promoting a new game, and it’s available in beta in select regions as of August 26. We hope that the beta will not last longer than 16 months, as in Brawl Stars.

This is an exciting new game that could be perfect if you’re tired of Brawl Stars or the feeling of endless pay-to-win in Clash Royale. That said, we do see loot boxes, microtransactions, and in-app purchases in Rush Wars, so it might be the same. Here’s the teaser trailer and more info for those interested.

As you probably know, Supercell has successfully launched several different games for Android and iOS. Starting with Hay Day, then Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale and more recently Brawl Stars. Every game is super successful, Clash of Clans is still one of the highest grossing mobile games on the planet.

Rush Wars Release Date and Beta

Unfortunately, we have no idea when Supercell will release Rush Wars worldwide and for more devices. Also, we’re not entirely sure when the beta will be available to more people.

The company is always working on new mobile games, and to be honest, we didn’t even know that a new game from Brawl Stars would be released this early. If you live in Canada, Australia or New Zealand, you can play Supercell’s new game Rush Wars on both iOS and Android right now, but that’s it.

We expect a broader rollout for more regions in October or November, and a release date possibly in early 2020. Still, this is pure speculation. It’s worth noting that Brawl Stars took about 19 months from launch and beta to release date. And while we don’t expect to wait that long again, nothing from the company surprises us.

What is Rush Wars?

Taken from Supercell, Rush Wars is an epic war strategy game packed with surprises like a laser-firing robotic dinosaur and exploding arcade machines. Yes, it’s basically a tower defense game, it just has a few other elements to keep it fresh, fun and exciting, and it has some quirks from games like Fortnite. We are talking about Arcade Machine and Dinosaur with this. comment.

So how do you play Rush Wars? You will create, earn or buy an elite team of characters that you unlock from the game’s daily loot chests. Then take your tough and ruthless team into the field to seek out and add gold mines. At the same time, people will try to attack your gold mines at the same time. So it’s a tower defense game with both offense and defense. The core game mechanics and graphics seem to be a nice mix of all the other Supercell versions. To be honest, that doesn’t surprise me at all, considering how much money each game makes.

It looks like they’re going to push this as a tower strategy game, but they’ve added lots of competitive and multiplayer elements to help make more money. You can find, win or buy exciting characters and participate in competitive team battles. Supercell has made sure to keep some mundane items in Rush War for anyone and everyone to play, but there are plenty of challenges for these die-hard players.

Rush Wars Features and Game Items

It looks like this might just be another Clash Royale with a lot of pay-to-win items, but I hope I’m wrong. We can clearly see the multiplayer elements, not to mention the free boxes that unlock troops. Boxes that we’re pretty sure the final version will allow players to pay if they want. This results in turning a good game into a game about who spends the most real money.

Supercell also shoots in its own Clash of Clans game and describes Rush Wars as a fun game where you don’t have to change or design a village and base, or wait for troops to finish cooking or anything. Instead, you just start collecting, building and kicking.

Rush Wars Gameplay Video

Although the company is slowly revealing more information every day, we don’t know much about the game yet, not to mention talking about it on Twitter. Here’s a teaser video and gameplay trailer combined that gives you more information and a glimpse into the actual gameplay.

So far we’re seeing 7-8 different characters you can win and fight with, but expect this list to grow significantly over time. Brawl Stars originally only had 5-6 of them and now they offer over 25 characters to fight, unlock or buy.

You can also go to YouTube and see real-time video footage of all popular Supercell YouTubers. We’re talking about Chef Pat, GamingWithMolt, and more.

More Details About Rush Wars

For now, know that this game is brand new and everything will take time. Expect a slow beta period where the game can and will change. Whether that’s a little bit or drastically different from what we’ve seen in the videos above. Also, those who enjoyed the beta will likely experience a few bugs, crashes or gameplay issues. It’s a beta after all. There will be growing pains for Supercell and gamers.

Supercell's Rush Wars: Everything You Need to Know 6

Your next question is probably “Will Rush Wars be released?” will be. and that’s a valid question. Supercell is known for completely abandoning and canceling a game, even after a major soft launch and beta, if they felt it wasn’t up to the Supercell quality we all know and expect. So, this game will either explode or be trashed and never talked about again.

Supercell is in a unique position when it comes to mobile games because every game that’s actually released is hugely successful. Whether Rush Wars will get the same attention and fame as its other games is a complete mystery. At the end of the day, this is a trusted game developer with a history of releasing some of the best games for mobile, and we expect the same from Rush Wars. So download from the links above if possible and stay tuned for more details.

We will update this post as soon as the Rush Wars beta arrives in the United States.
