Microsoft Outlook on Android and iOS now reads your emails aloud

It’s time for a general overhaul of Microsoft’s mobile apps. graphic language Appearance, Office and OneDrive Switch to Fluent Design. The firm now offers a cohesive view through a Framework for its various applications. Second, it contains all the elements of the new charter charter. Any changes made to the core graphics codes are automatically applied to all Microsoft apps on Android and iOS.

Outlook, Office, OneDrive: Microsoft is all about productivity

The redesign of Outlook, Office apps, and OneDrive without waiting for Teams, Yammer or Plannera’s design was based on a user behavior analysis. Microsoft observed that they spend four hours a day on their smartphones. Again, each session takes only 20 to 30 seconds on average. This made the company wonder what the most helpful actions a person can take on their phone in less than 30 seconds, and how Microsoft’s services can help improve them.

To this end, Microsoft has launched several features called one of them. Play My Emails. Integrating with Outlook, it allows users to have a voice synthesis read aloud incoming emails to their mailbox, one after another, like a playlist in Spotify. The feature was leaked a few days ago amongst Cortana’s new capabilities on mobile devices. The same option is available in the Office mobile apps, which allow a robot to read your texts aloud.

Finally, Microsoft now offers features that let you quickly scan documents, even complex spreadsheets, in seconds by simply taking a photo in Office, OneDrive. Microsoft’s algorithm improves each scan to present specific information based on context, relevance, and other personalized elements.
