LG G4 Release Launches

Earlier this morning, the LG G4’s release date was announced. officially announced The global release will launch in key markets around the world this week, though there has been no mention of a US release date. With over 180 carriers and retailers on deck, the G4 version looks promising.

As we all know, LG and since its initial launch date in the United States have been silent about when it will be available from carriers in the US, and we still leave this question unanswered today. That said, read what we know about the G4 version.

A press release from LG this morning states that the LG G4 release date will officially kick off globally this week and the smartphone will go on sale in Hong Kong before the weekend. A release will follow in Turkey, Russia, and Singapore, and eventually most of Europe, North America, and more.

They’re talking about “North America at last”, which are our carriers, so we don’t have any new details on the US release date. The LG G4 is coming to Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular, and T-Mobile even has an early preview that lets a few thousand lucky consumers try the latest LG phone before its release date.

While a release has still not been announced in the United States, T-Mobile may have shared all the information prematurely. Last week, the official T-Mobile LG G4 Preview Twitter account mistakenly posted that it would be in stores on June 2, but quickly deleted that tweet and stated that its replacement is coming soon.

This means that most people in the US can look forward to June 2 as a release date, at least on T-Mobile, and other carriers will likely launch the phone the same day, a few days later, or in the coming weeks.

LG continues by stating that the LG G4 will reach more than 180 carriers or retailers in Southeast Asia, Middle East/Africa and South/Central America, CIS and worldwide. Making the LG G4 the biggest release in LG Mobile history.
