LG G4 Release Date: What You Need to Know

The LG G4 release date is fast approaching for those in the United States, and some key new details have surfaced this weekend, sharing pre-order information, LG G4 deals, and more as the release date approaches. Below are five things buyers should know about this week’s LG G4 release.

Late last month, LG took the stage in New York and, after months of rumors, speculation and minor teasers, announced the completely redesigned LG G4. It went on sale in Korea the next day and will eventually launch in the US from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular.

We’ve received confirmation from Sprint over the past weeks about an impressive LG G4 deal that will double the storage and battery life that all US carriers will offer, along with some release details, but now we have even more information ahead of us. launch date.

Last week, Sprint confirmed that the LG G4 will launch on June 5th and will include some free accessories with it. These are a 32GB micro SD card, spare 3,000 removable batteries and a battery charger;

However, it looks like all carriers in the United States will offer it for a limited time, as this deal is not exclusive to Sprint and LG has a website dedicated to it. In the first few weeks of June, users are offered double the storage and battery life for free with purchases.

That’s not all, below are some details on almost all carrier release dates, some deals, pre-order dates, and more.

LG G4 Release Date

Last week, Best Buy announced a deal where buyers who choose to pick up LG’s new G4 in their store will receive a free $100 gift card to purchase accessories, cases, or anything else from Best Buy. While they were there, Best Buy accidentally announced the release date for most carriers.

A few of these dates have been confirmed, Verizon and AT&T are still unknown, but these are what we know about the release date so far.

T-Mobile this morning approved The G4 will begin purchasing from them starting tomorrow, May 27, and will begin shipping before the in-store release date of June 3. T-Mobile will be the first carrier to offer the phone.

As an added bonus, while stocks last for a limited time, T-Mobile give buyers 128GB micro-sd card free with purchase. This is one of the best free gifts that comes with any smartphone purchase we’ve seen in a long time. This deal expires on June 21.

The LG G4 will be available from Sprint starting June 5th, which has been confirmed by the carrier, along with the same deal as the aforementioned free micro SD card and extra battery.

Announced it will be US Cellular this weekend The LG G4 pre-sale begins Friday, May 29, online and in stores. It will go on sale on June 4th. They will offer the device in Gold, Genuine Black Leather and Metallic Grey.

While we haven’t yet heard from Verizon or AT&T at the time of writing, a Best Buy leak last week suggested that Big Red will launch the LG G4 on June 4th, so release details could come out anytime.

Finally, AT&T is typically the first to offer LG smartphones and tablets. They’ll be the last, according to Best Buy, and the LG G4 from AT&T will hit shelves on June 12, but we’ll update as soon as we hear from AT&T itself.

LG G4 Price

LG’s G4 smartphone will be $199 off most carriers’ new 2-year contract, $0 off with Sprint, T-Mobile and possibly Verizon Edge payment plans and other payment plan options. There will be more leather options, but we are still waiting for more details.

LG G4 Back

US Cellular offers the phone for $29.50 per month or $30.50 per month for the leather variant. So pricing shouldn’t be too high for beautiful genuine leather, available in six different colors that vary by carrier.

LG G4 Leather

The LG G4 comes in Black, White and Titanium silver plastic options as well as six genuine leather handmade options that are really worth the wait and paying a little extra. LG has confirmed that the six leather backs will cost more and will likely be sold separately for those who love them, but carriers will also offer leather-backed versions.

The only carrier to ever approve of a leather G4 is US Cellular, which will sell the Silver and Gold model, followed by Black genuine leather. So it’s just one of the six leather options.

LG G4 Leather

Most likely other carriers will have at least black leather and other possible colors, but we haven’t heard anything official so far. The leather was one of our favorite aspects of the phone, so hopefully more information on this front is coming soon.

LG G4 Deals

We mentioned a few LG G4 deals above, but they’re worth repeating so everyone knows what’s available. LG will give away a free 32GB micro-SD card, an extra 3,000mAh battery and an external portable charger for this spare battery to most buyers who register the device on its promotional web pages. This offer will be valid until June 21, and accessories will begin shipping within 4-6 weeks after buyers send their receipt confirming their purchase of the phone.

As you can see above, Best Buy will give all buyers a $100 gift card to redeem, unlike carriers, to purchase the G4 in its store. This will essentially make the phone $100 off, as users can purchase cases, screen protectors, hopefully leather back options and more with this gift card.

Last, but certainly not least, is T-Mobile’s stunning free 128GB micro-SD card deal. This is worth at least $80, as 128GB micro-SD cards are expensive and buyers will still be eligible to pick up LG’s 32GB card. This will provide 160GB of internal storage for the same low price on the LG G4 for those using T-Mobile. All these micro SD deals are probably aimed at Samsung, as the latest Galaxy S6 no longer has a micro SD slot for user expandable storage.

For now, it looks like the LG G4’s release date will start tomorrow with T-Mobile and will be in US carrier stores in the first week of June from almost all carriers. We’ll update as soon as we have more information.
