LG G4 Deals and Release Dates Revealed

The new LG G4 is one of the best smartphones announced in 2015 and will finally hit the shelves in the United States in the first week of June. With the phone launching soon, many impressive LG G4 deals and discounts are starting to surface as the release date draws near. At the same time, we may have just learned the release dates of three of the five major carriers in the US.

Late last month, LG took the stage in New York and, after months of rumors, speculation and minor teasers, announced the completely redesigned LG G4. It went on sale in Korea the next day and will eventually launch in the US from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular.

Earlier this morning, Sprint confirmed that the LG G4 will launch on June 5, along with some free accessories for the first batch of buyers, but we’ve now learned that this deal will apply to all LG G4 buyers. United States with another LG G4 deal from Best Buy.

The entire LG G4 release has been a mystery, with no one having any details or any leaks confirming when it will arrive. Then, last week, T-Mobile mistakenly tweeted that they would release their own version of the phone on June 2, but that post on Twitter was quickly deleted. Sprint’s approval followed this morning, and now Best Buy has joined the fun.

This special LG G4 deal will give anyone who purchases the phone between May 22nd and June 21st an additional charger with double the storage and double the battery life. Specifically, LG is giving away a free 32GB micro SD card to double the storage, a second 3,000mAh battery, and a charger to power the backup battery. It allows users to swap micro SD card for more storage or replace an empty battery on the go.

It looks like LG will allow buyers to send a copy of the receipt and IMEI number confirming their purchase of the phone, and will ship the free accessories within 4-6 weeks of purchase. This is one of the best release date deals we’ve seen for any smartphone in a long time.

This afternoon we also got some additional details and possibly a release date for some carriers in the US. Best Buy published a post pre-order page For the G4 and some carriers announced release dates, but then quickly removed them.

According to Best Buy, the LG G4 release date will be June 4th at Verizon, June 5th from Sprint, June 12th from AT&T and there will be no details for T-Mobile, although earlier reports indicate June 2.

This isn’t the only LG G4 deal coming soon, either. This morning, Best Buy confirmed they will give buyers $100 back in the form of a Best Buy gift card, essentially a $100 discount off the cost of the phone. Users can then redeem that $100 for cases, accessories, an additional charger, screen covers, and more. Or anything else for that matter.

The LG G4 is expected to be priced at $199 on a new 2-year contract, or $599 directly, and available through all major carriers’ payment plans. Going through Best Buy will earn buyers a $100 gift card in addition to free battery and storage provided by LG.
