Google Translate presents now Offline mode in 51 languages. An update to the Android app brings offline mode to Google Translate. The other new feature of this Google Translate update is handwriting recognition support for vertically typed languages (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean). You will now be able to take a photo of these scriptures and translation into your chosen language will be supported.
