According to 9to5Google, Bard can be accessed by selecting the “New conversation” option, this allows Bard to be selected as a standalone chat option. Therefore, it is best to avoid sending personal or sensitive messages through the app when Bard is enabled.
Google states that conversation histories are stored for eighteen months to improve Bard and that they can be viewed by a person, but no information is associated with your account for more than three years. That’s why Google recommends that you don’t tell Bard anything you wouldn’t want others to see.
