Google Maps now lets you manage your public profile from the Android app

Google is rolling out a useful new feature Google Maps. Until recently, whenever you wanted to manage your Google Maps history or Google profile options, you had to go through the web. More recently, Google Maps has added new features to better manage your account and location history directly in the app.

However, Google seems to have decided to make it even more practical with a new menu. your profile. Through this menu it is also possible to manage your public profile such as your name, profile photo, bio and contributions on Google Maps. One option also allows you to make your profile visible or invisible to companies. To access this new menu you have to click on the “three lines” menu in the upper left and then your profile.
