The OTA update is only available on supported devices currently running Developer Preview 1. If your devices are running Developer Preview 1, you should get the OTA update automatically in a few days. I’ve checked my Nexus 5, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 and none of them have over-the-air updates ready and pending.
Google specifically states that the OTA update will arrive in the next few days. That means OTA updates could arrive today or maybe tomorrow, but we can’t say for sure. Go to settings > about phone (or tablet) and manually check for updates.
However Factory images are also available at the moment. Users will be able to update from Build #MPZ44Q to the new MPZ79M on all devices or MPZ79N for Nexus Player.

More Android M Preview Updates

Google states that the “final” 3rd Android M Developer Preview update will arrive at the end of July, so two updates are coming this month. Android M Release Date
The official name and release date of Android M is still a complete mystery. That said, Google has somewhat confirmed the Android M release date today. That means we can expect Android 5.2 (or 6.0, which we guess to be Marshmallow or Milkshake) to arrive by the end of September.
Android 4.4 KitKat and Android 5.0 Lollipop were announced and released in October and November, and many were expecting the same late autumn and early 4th quarter release date for Android M.
