Google has recently released the second developer beta of Android 12. We expect significant design changes before the first public beta. However, Google is already starting to improve certain aspects of the interface. In addition to a slightly lighter dark mode on Pixel smartphones, Android 12 DP2 redesigns the presentation of the widget selection screen. The latter adopts an interface in the form of list with the possibility of to develop or closed Every episode.
Yet it seems that we are more Incremental step before deeper change. The widgets themselves retain the old design. There’s one more visible but subtle change:‘Lock screenThe line above the numeric keypad disappears. There is also a padlock that highlights the unlocked/locked state of the smartphone.
