On April 2, 2019, Inbox By Gmail was retired. To sweeten the pill, Google brought the best of Inbox to Gmail as part of its 15th anniversary. Other options inherited from the experimental mail client will be deployed soon. Regardless, many Internet users prefer to stick with Inbox rather than switch to Gmail.
How To Use Google Inbox After Closing It?
as reported by our colleaguesAndroid PoliceFortunately, there is a temporary solution. The two older versions of Inbox are still 100% functional. It is possible to circumvent Google’s shutdown message by installing these builds. Here is the procedure to follow:
- Uninstall Inbox from your Android smartphone
- Download and install one of the 2 APKs below
- Inbox will be available again on your smartphone

Be careful, this solution will only last for a while. Next days, Google will inevitably close all access to the service hacking servers.
