These are two of the best smartphones on the market, but there are some differences that potential buyers should be aware of before buying one or the other. In September, Apple took the stage and announced two new iPhone 6 models aimed at and targeting Android competition. The two devices come with the usual array of high-end features, including a fast processor, solid rear camera, and high-resolution display. The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus come with large screens that were once a hallmark of Android devices.
The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 is the iPhone for most people, and it’s still one of the best smartphones money can buy.
In March, Samsung took the stage and announced two new Galaxy S6 models, aimed at and targeting the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The two devices come with a host of high-end features such as fast processor, solid rear camera and Quad HD resolution. The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge also come with a premium design language that was once reserved for the iPhone and more recently the HTC One.
The 5.1-inch Galaxy S6 is the Galaxy S6 for most people, and like the iPhone 6, it’s one of the best smartphones on the market.
We’ve been using these two phones extensively for a few weeks now. Both phones are great, but there are some places where one or the other shines. With that in mind, we want to point out some places where the Samsung Galaxy S6 surpasses the iPhone 6.
