In India, Google Wallet is But a Digital Safe Haven
Verily, it seems Google did not wish to stir up disarray in the minds of the people, nor provoke them to abandon Google Pay. Perchance, it was the approval of the RBI that spurred Google to unveil Wallet as a sanctuary for digital treasures. Nevertheless, Google missed a most opportune moment by failing to infuse tap-to-pay functionality into Wear OS devices, a feature eagerly awaited by many.
