If you work for a business, there’s a good chance you have a Google account or an Outlook account. Workspace and Office suites are really taking over professional environments, and often the entire company benefits from the same solution. However, not all employees work on the same tools, which causes some synchronization problems.

They will now be able to see all participants in the meeting, including those who have an Outlook account.

Until now, you had to have a Gmail address to appear in a meeting’s attendee list. In fact, we had to find another way to notify other people when they were there, which we agree is not very practical. Thanks to this new feature, Google further reduces the gap between it and its rival, which will save users from many headaches.
The other good news is that this feature will be available not only for Workspace subscribers, but also for all package users, whether paying or not. The rollout has already started, but you may have to wait a few days for it to appear on your calendar. It’s enough to approach the beginning of the school year more calmly.
