LG G2 Android 5.0 Lollipop Update Completed in USA

In August last year, LG confirmed that the G2 will see Android 5.0 Lollipop, and it started arriving for owners outside the United States first in December. That said, both the LG G3 and the older LG G2 here in the US have received updates in the last two months, and another one is coming this week for Sprint LG G2 owners.

At the end of March, Verizon LG G2 received the Android 5.0 update and other carriers have already removed this update and Sprint is one of the only major carriers to not offer Google’s latest software yet. But it arrived at the end of this week and Sprint has officially confirmed that the LG G2 variant will receive Android 5.0.2 Lollipop.

Sprint LG G2 owners should accept the update as it’s already going to be difficult at some point, a complaint we’ve seen from some AT&T users.
