4-time NBA champion Stephen Curry poses a challenge in front of 2021 US Open Championship winner Jon Rahm. The Golden State Warrior quarterback claimed he was more than confident in making five 23-foot golf swings before Rahm fired five 3-pointers. On the other hand, the golfer conveyed the pleasure he would feel after crushing Curry in the fight.
Stephen Curry was featured in a video recently released byCallaway GolfHe was asked who would win in his fight with Spanish golfer Jon Rahm. The challenge was to see who would need fewer tries, Rahm had to fire five 3-shots and Steph had to shoot five balls from the same distance, i.e. 23 feet.
As Stephen Curry said “Oh, I’m definitely hitting five from 23 feet. I don’t know what the lap percentage is but and I haven’t seen Jon shoot three but I have to play with me in this one.” The player, who won the NBA 3-Point competition twice, then smiled and wished the Spanish golfer a happy birthday.

Jon Rahm bravely accepted Stephen Curry’s challenge to him, “Did someone challenge me?”
Jon Rahm is not an athlete to back down to any challenge posed to him, he was made aware of the challenge right after his daily training and decided not to waste any time before responding. He posted the following video on Instagram:I just got out of training, I need to watch a video of SOMEONE challenging me.”
Added, “Steph, even though I’m a 57 handicap in basketball, you tell me the place and the time. I think I can hit a few threes before you guys do five 23 footers, so GAME STARTS!”
Jon Rahm is currently 5th in the world in the standings and has shot 16.67% from 23 feet this season, with a 43.1% shooting percentage from behind the 3-point line, speaking of veteran Stephen Curry. Stephen Curry may have underestimated his opponent, but he’s certainly not a shy player when it comes to his golf skills.
