March Apple Event: 7 Things to Expect and 3 Don’ts

The March 2016 Apple Event kicks off in just a few hours, and you can watch it live to see what new items Apple has announced.

At this event, we will see the first new Apple products of 2016, including the 4-inch iPhone se, a smaller iPad Pro, and learn about the iOS 9.3 release date.

The Apple Store is currently closed before the first Apple event of 2016 and will be back online around 2 PM or 3 PM in the East when the event ends. We may see an option to buy the new iPad Pro with a 9.7-inch screen and a 4-inch iPhone se.

Since the launch of the iPhone 6 wanting a smaller iPhone has had to buy an older smartphone, but Apple is reportedly bringing back a 4-inch iPhone with good features at an attractive price.

With the first new iPhone of 2016, we expect to see a new, smaller iPad Pro that can replace the iPad Air 3 with the iPad Pro features many of us want in a portable package. We’ll likely learn about some new Apple Watch options at this event, but it’s unlikely we’ll see the Apple Watch 2 in March.

What to expect and what not to expect from the 2016 March Apple event.

The March Apple Event will take place on the Apple campus at 10:00 PM Pacific / 1:00 PM East. There is a live stream so you can watch the event on almost any device with an internet connection.

This event comes just a day before Apple’s showdown with the FBI, which means we’ll be hearing about Apple’s reaction and this in addition to new products.
