1. Reboot Phone
The problem may be temporary and can be easily fixed by restarting your phone. Therefore, this should be the first step in troubleshooting this issue. You should also check other apps. If they also failed to load, reboot your router as well.
2nd Screen Open/Close Google App
If the problem is only with the Explore feed in Pixel Launcher, you will need to toggle the required setting off and on. For this, long press the home screen of your Pixel Launcher and tap on Main Settings. First, make sure the switch next to View Google app is turned on. If it is closed, open it. If it’s already on, turn it off and enable it again.

3. Enable Discover in Google App

To check this, open the Google app on your phone and tap on the Other tab. Tap on Settings.

Go to General. Next, enable the toggle next to Discover. If it’s already on, turn it off and enable it again.

To clear the cache, follow these steps:
Stage 1: Open Settings on your phone and go to Apps or Apps & notifications.

Step 2: Tap Google under All apps.

Stage 3: Tap on Storage. Next, hit the Clear cache button.

Next, update the app. Your feed will work normally.
