As you probably know, Samsung is already working hard on new phones to be released in 2020. Galaxy S11 completed its design and they’re probably busy working on the Galaxy Note 11 and Galaxy Fold 2. Back in May, we learned that Samsung’s next Galaxy S has an internal codename from its R&D department and they’re making great progress. popular at least by IceUniverse . This year, the Galaxy S10 was known behind the scenes as “Beyond”.

So far we’re hearing that the Galaxy S11 will have a bigger and better display, possibly with a 120Hz refresh rate. In fact, there are several leaks all but confirmed Samsung will use a 120 Hz screen, not 90 Hz like the Pixel 4. Expect the phone to have a slimmer profile and design than the Galaxy S10, tons of upgrades from start to finish, especially the new faster processor. However, we are still a few months away before we have any concrete information to share.

However, perhaps the most exciting change ever and the Galaxy S11 rumors are all about bigger screens and cameras. For the past four years, Samsung has stuck to the same sensor, the 12 DualPixel sensors we know and love, with the S7, S8, S9 and now the Galaxy S10.

It looks like Samsung will FINALLY upgrade the camera on the Galaxy S11 with a brand new bigger and better one. A taller Pixel and larger sensor will allow for more light, detail and processing, and could put Samsung back ahead of Google’s Pixel 4 and iPhone 11 Pro.

We’ve also heard that they will offer a budget Galaxy S11e with a 6.2 or 6.4-inch screen (yes, that’s huge), followed by a 6.7-inch for the Galaxy S11 and 6.9-inch on the Galaxy S11+ or Pro. I hope Samsung doesn’t make that big of a splash, but so far all signs point to exactly that.

The Samsung Galaxy S11’s release date is only 2 months away and some of you may not be able to wait. That said, the Galaxy S11 should be on your radar just as it is on our radar. 5 Things We’d Like to See Next on the Galaxy S11

We know Samsung has a big plan for the Galaxy S11 as they have been using the same design and components for the past few years. It will also have to compete with the iPhone 11 Pro, Pixel 4 and OnePlus 8 Pro. Will they surprise everyone with a bold new design or will they develop the same design we’re all familiar with? If they really want to shake things up, we think Samsung should do it. push for innovationand do something brave.

1. Catchy New Design

All phones from Samsung look similar as this is the brand style and identity. This is nice. However, nothing has really changed in the last three years. Galaxy S8, S9 and even S10 are almost identical front and back. Besides having more cameras or cams on the screen, it’s hard to distinguish.

The design is not flawed, but a stylish new borderless display To enter the iPhone and Android contest. Be it a truly bezel-less, unique pop-up camera setup or even an in-display hidden front camera. Or it could be something else entirely.

2. Front Camera and Sensors Below Screen (No Notch)

Going forward, we don’t want Samsung to only offer “under-panel sensors” with the Galaxy S11, we think this is crucial to the device’s success. This means that the front camera and sensors are under the screen, invisible, but do not affect the performance of the screen OR the camera in any way. It’s finally coming, and we hope it launches on the Galaxy S11 and Galaxy S11+ in February of next year. It looks like we’ll probably get the same cuts on the screen with the S11 for at least another year or so, and we’ll finally be able to see under-display tech with the Note 11.

Speaking of the screen, we really want Samsung to offer at least a 90 Hz display, but we would have preferred a 120 Hz display. And, early leaks show us that: can get exactly that.

While Bluetooth headphones are readily available and don’t need a headphone port, it’s starting to get even more annoying. Phone manufacturers are trying to make get rid of every port and button.

Basically, we want Samsung to stay a little longer with the headphone jack, microSD slot and physical buttons. Don’t remove buttons until Android’s software is good enough that we don’t need them. Do not remove all ports for slower wireless charging technology. Just don’t.

It goes without saying that everyone wants better performance then. We’re not talking about super-fast 10-core processors, either. Instead, we want better performance from the software experience. Samsung has really improved the core experience with One UI based on Android 9 Pie and things are better and faster than ever with One UI 2.0 based on Android 10. The best Samsung ever made.

And finally, we would like to briefly talk about 5G, as it will be talked about and sold a lot throughout 2020. You can buy the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G or Note 10 5G right now. However, they’re ridiculously expensive, get hot, don’t last very long, and carriers charge even more for their 5G services. We are hopeful that Samsung can deliver a truly affordable 5G experience with the Galaxy S11 next year. We’re hearing that ALL versions of both the Galaxy S11 and S11+ will have 5G, meaning 5G for everyone, which is part of the reason for the huge batteries inside. The only model that won’t have 5G is the affordable S11e.

If Samsung can put the sensors and camera under the screen, launch new camera tech that surpasses the iPhone 11, featuring super-fast charging and 5G for everyone, these will be the best phones of 2020 and beyond.
