So, if all else fails, you can do a factory reset to bring your Oculus Quest 2 back to its factory state. However, be aware that this gesture will delete the data of the headset, including your saved files, installed apps, and other files in the headset. Having said that, let’s get started with factory resetting the Oculus Quest 2. Make sure the header is closed first and then follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the ‘ buttonStrength‘ and ‘both volume buttons‘ until the screen lights up. You will now see the recovery screen of Quest 2.
2. You cannot use your controllers here. So, use the volume buttons to scroll to the ‘ option.Factory settings‘ and press the power button to select it.

2. Tap the ‘ icon.Menu’ Press the button from the submenu.
