First you will need to install a plugin. we will use Email Subscribers and Newsletters Addition. This plugin has several functions, but for the purposes of this demonstration we will focus on the welcome email. After installing and activating the add-on, find the Email Subscribers submenu in your left-hand menu and go to the add-on’s settings.
will open on general settings page. Here you can change Sender data: choose a handle (we went Bridge Crew) and enter a FROM address. Additionally, you can enter one or more admins. Email addresses, for notification purposes. Finally, you can choose between even and odd. Participation Types, with double being the default. With a single opt-in, your visitors sign up by simply filling out a form, while with a double opt-in, they will receive an email with a link they must follow to confirm their registration. Scroll all the way down to save your settings and Notifications page.

Once you’ve saved your settings, you’re ready. Your visitors will now receive a customized email every time they sign up.
