7 Best Ways to Fix Mail App Not Working on Windows 11

1. Run the Troubleshooter

Microsoft offers a troubleshooter for almost every utility in Windows, including applications. So, if you are having problems with the Mail app in Windows 11, you can refer to the app troubleshooter for help.
