You Can Downgrade From iPadOS 13 Beta

The company usually releases new beta software initially biweekly and then every week as we get closer to Gold Master and the official release date.
New betas are usually released on Monday or Tuesday around 10:00 PM Pacific time, but we’ll occasionally see betas released on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
The final version of iPadOS 13 will arrive in mid-September after the company has confirmed new iPhone models.
The 2019 iPhone launch date is said to be September 10 and the release date is currently said to be September 20. The official iPadOS 13 release should be somewhere between these dates.
