If your iPhone is currently on iOS 13.1.3, you will have the shortest changelist and smallest download size. If you are upgrading from an older version of iOS 13, your iOS 13.2 update will be more important as the changes from the updates you skipped are added to your firmware.

Added by Apple 60+ new emoji characters to the keyboard of the iPhone. The Unicode 12 update includes a new smiley to yawn, a one-piece swimsuit, waffles, falafel, butter and garlic, new animals like sloth, flamingo, orangutan and skunk, and much more.

Jailbreak developers have made fun of iOS 13 jailbreaks, but it’s unclear when the first iOS 13 jailbreak tool will arrive for the general public.
