iPhone makes it super easy to add a new event to your calendar. Once the event is added, it will be synced to iCloud, Gmail, or the calendar you connected your iPhone to.

Congratulations, you deleted your calendar entry from iPhone. If you’re syncing with your computer or Gmail, the activity will soon disappear there as well.
