How to Change Galaxy Note 8 Screen Navigation Buttons
Just like anything on the Galaxy Note 8, users can navigate to the settings menu and find lots of advanced controls and options. This is where we’ll start replacing the on-screen navigation buttons.
From here, users have several options to choose from. You can change the background color of the softkeys according to the device theme. Or choose from an entire selection of colors. Previously, we could choose between a full-color wheel, but Samsung has removed that option in favor of light colors. This prevents burn-in and extends the life of your screen.
As you can see from our screenshots, even the theme you are using changes the on-screen keys. I’m running stock Android Material Design theme, so my buttons look like stock Android above. Then the regular Samsung buttons below.
