In our comparison between Android TV and Amazon Fire TV Stick, we noted that both devices basically run Android OS. So we expect the broadcast to be as smooth as on devices like Chromecast, but that’s not the case. Things work a little differently on the Amazon Fire TV Stick and you have to manually set the cast page. And if you are mirroring from iPhone to Fire TV Stick, you will need a separate app. So, if you want a detailed guide on how to cast Android or iOS screen on Amazon Fire TV Stick, go ahead.

1. First of all, make sure that both your Android smartphone and Fire TV Stick are connected to the same WiFi network. Later on, Hold down the “Home” button On the Fire TV remote for a few seconds.
2. A mini window will open. Here, “projection” and open it.
3. Now you have entered Mirroring mode and Android devices Can find Fire TV Stick wax.
5. Go to your Android smartphone and pull down the Quick Settings panel and Search for “Cast” or “Screen Cast” or “Mirror”. It could be one of these things. Now tap on it and choose your Fire TV Stick.
6. If you don’t have the “Publish” box, open Settings and click “Bluetooth and Device Connection“. Here you will find “Cast”. Open it and select your Fire TV Stick.
7. Now, your Android screen will be mirrored on the screen. Remember, it relies on WiFi’s Miracast technology and does not use Chromecast. As a result, the quality will not be that good and you cannot play the content with the screen off. But screen orientation, sound and zooming in/out work pretty well.
