HBO’s decision to adapt one of the greatest video games of all time into a television series has paid off for everyone involved, as The Last of Us games have seen a spike in sales in recent days.

This news isn’t all that surprising after all, as we’ve been grappling with the best series launch for HBO in over 10 years. Just 2 days later, the series had surpassed 10 million viewers.More than just the very popular Dragon House, the prequel to Game of Thrones.

Sales of The Last of Us games are on the rise

A complete remake of the original game for current generation consoles, The Last of Us Part I is back in the UK best selling games rankings. from one week to the next, sales are up 238% and the game is currently ranked 20th generic console headers. Likewise, the remastered version for PlayStation 4 increased its sales by 322%, reaching 32%.to Square.

The series has therefore allowed many to explore the world of Ellie and Joel. The actors seem to have thoroughly enjoyed the first episode, with unanimous reviews. Everyone agrees that this adaptation has all the features of the masterpiece, and this will probably be confirmed with the release of the second part today.

For those who don’t know, the series is available on Amazon Prime Video in France, although it isn’t presented in the best possible quality. Amazon had to do without 4K, HDR and Dolby Visionthis will likely lead some to piracy, but if you already have a Prime subscription, viewing on Amazon is probably the most convenient option.
