Once you’ve passed this place, take out the four Arasaka guards waiting for you and go beyond the room.

After passing through this red-lighted room, you will go up to another room, and beyond it is a series of stairs. Head up those stairs and you’ll get a warning from Johnny that Takemura is “beyond any help”. However, if you push it and keep going up the stairs, you will earn the optional target.
