The Halo Infinite Clippy weapon talisman and Spartan ID nameplate appeared in the customization section of the game, but you’re probably wondering how you can get these virtual stationery items. The ‘Clippy’ weapon talisman implements a paper clip companion to hang from the side of any of your weapons, and the ‘Clipster’ nameplate adds a curious looking Clippy to your Spartan ID. How to unlock Halo Infinite Clippy items
Unfortunately, both the Halo Infinite Clippy weapon talisman and the ‘Clipster’ nameplate are currently unavailable and cannot be unlocked. This is despite both being marked as ‘currently unavailable’, though visible in the Armory and Spartan ID customization sections respectively. Based on other cosmetic items with similar messages posted earlier, it’s pretty safe to assume that these Clippy-themed items will be exclusive to the Halo Infinite store, which is the Credits and then the Clippy items.
There’s no sure way to tell when or how long the Halo Infinite Clippy charm and nameplate will be available, as the store updates parts of its stock daily and some weekly. Check back regularly with the store and even on social media to see if items are on display. We also think these items will at least come as part of the Clippy bundle, so you won’t have to search for both items separately. With that in mind, it will likely be one of the cheaper store items, so you won’t have to spend a lot on virtual, paper-holding assistants.
This Halo Infinite Season 2 Battle Pass now available
If you’ve recently entered Halo Infinite to check out Season 2, you’ve probably also noticed the new Halo Infinite Eaglestrike armor and core that gives your Spartan an early 20th century industrial look. This set isn’t immediately available either, but you’ll be able to unlock it and new armor pieces through the latest Fracture event, Entrenched. There’s also a new battle pass to work on, which is a significant improvement over the last one. You can unlock armor for the new Rakshasa Armor Core and get plenty of free armor for your Mark VII core.
