Arsenal and Leicester City started the game with a great pace but Arsenal were the first to laugh. Thomas Partey screamed and Arsenal took a 1-0 lead in the first half. Leicester City had their own luck, but failed to make any of them to Brendan Rodgers’ dismay.
Arsenal opened the lead in the second half with Alexandre Lacazette’s calm penalty. Although Leicester City tried to cut the gap by half and return to the game throughout the match, Arsenal defended the goal and won 2-0.

Aaron Ramsdale (7.2/10): Arsenal cheered up the shot once again with shots fired at him. kept Arsenal at game with smash-stopping skills.
Keiran Tierney (6.8/10): While not the best match for Arsenal, Kieran Tierney managed to keep the Leicester City attackers at bay. He also dropped occasional forward bombs to create opportunity.
Gabriel Magalhaes (6.8/10): Gabriel Magalhaes took a calm stance in Arsenal’s defence. He kept Leicester City at bay.
Cedric Rising (6.6/10): Cedric Soares did not help the team offensively, but contributed defensively. There was a 98% pass success rate in the game.
Ben White (7.2/10): Ben White proves why Arsenal spend big money on the player. He not only made gaps and struggles, but also contributed to the savings.
Thomas Partey (8.2/10): For Arsenal, the star of the match Thomas Partey was all over the pitch. He took three tackles to his name and took a hit on the mission.
Granite Xhaka (6.8/10): Granit Xhaka had one of the best games in the ongoing campaign. The player dominated the ball in the midfield and did all the dirty work.
