Ronaldo Nazario is known as one of the greatest of modern times in football. The Brazilian forward was marred by injury, but still takes the world by storm at his peak. In a recent interview with Bobo TV, the legend talked about his golf experience with Rafael Nadal.

Rafael Nadal defeated Daniil Medvedev in an epic five-point comeback in the final to win his 2nd Australian Open title. The Spanish player is known to be a big football fan, especially of Spanish club Real Madrid. Also, Nadal once considered Ronaldo Nazario his favorite player before Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo Nazario revealed that he met about seven years ago. Raphael Nadal and they played golf together. But he was surprised that the Spaniard had more to talk about football and did not let him say a word about tennis.

Ronaldo revealed that he hates watching football and instead follows tennis closely. Therefore, she hoped to talk to Rafael Nadal about sports. However, the meeting turned out to be exactly the opposite of what the Brazilian thought.

“I hated football, I didn’t follow it, now I watch it every day on my way to work, even if I fall asleep sometimes,” said Ronaldo Nazario. “I have always loved tennis more” aforementioned Ronaldo.

“I want to tell you the truth: 7 years ago I went golfing with Rafa Nadal in Mallorca and he explained to me that he dreamed of being a football player as a kid. Rafael Nadal, who surpassed Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer in the GOAT race, took the lead by breaking the 21st major championship record at the Australian Open 2022. He is now trying to recover in time for the Acapulco Open, which will be held two weeks later. Whether he will participate is still unclear as it depends on his recovery after the Australian Open.
