Shell or High Water is a Chapter 3 Season 1 landmark located northeast of Logjam Lumberyard and north of Shifty Shafts. • Survive 30 seconds atop wind turbines in Windbreakers (30)
• Collect a legendary rarity or higher weapon (1)
• Complete a reward from a Prize Board (1

Both of these locations have ornaments to place to complete the challenge. The last one is in a small clearing south of the house.
