The return to Middle-earth has been heard soon! Rings of Power equip today one last trailer. Unlike the others, it’s a little more on the stakes of the planet’s most anticipated series.
The trailer follows the perspectives of different characters, but focuses specifically on Galadriel’s (Morfydd Clark). Following the death of her brother (Finrod?), the Lady of Lorien takes up arms to defend Middle-earth. He is not at the end of his troubles as a terrible and ancient evil has devoured the world.
Rings of Power received one final trailer before its release.
This trailer gives us the opportunity to explore Some iconic places in Middle-earth, Like Kazad Dum or the island of Numenor. We remember that the series, like Peter Jackson’s trilogy, was filmed in New Zealand. Beautiful panoramas will therefore brighten up the sections.
We also find characters from Tolkien’s writings, such as Elrond, Isildur or Galadriel. but also new faces created especially for the series. This is the case of Pievelus Nori, the elf Arondir, or even the stranger, a mysterious man who fell from the sky who should be at the center of the plot.
It is remembered that the Rings of Power took place. Thousands of years before The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Thus, if we find some characters from the two trilogies, the stories have no direct connections outside the universe. Moreover, Peter Jackson did not participate in the creation of this completely independent project, although he wanted to approach the films from the point of view of artistic direction.
Rings of Power is undoubtedly the flagship series of the season. Amazon will release the first two episodes next September 2nd. Then one episode will air every Friday. Running for five seasons, Rings of Power has the largest budget in history for a television production. It remains only to hope that the series is up to the task.
