We’ve known for over a month exactly what the Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will look like, whose designs have already been leaked with official images. Everything then led us to believe that the watches will be slightly larger than the previous generation, and this is indeed what a poster from Samsung confirmed.
The latter, spotted by Twitter user @BullsLab, confirms rumors that Samsung will launch two Galaxy Watch 6 models this year. The hours will be bigger than ever. There is no Pro model for this generation, but We will definitely see the return of the Classic model from two years ago.
What dimensions for Galaxy Watch 6?
Bluetooth and LTE versions are available, The Watch 6 will be available in 40mm and 44mm, while the Watch 6 Classic will be available in 43mm and 47mm. So, this is an increase over the previous generation, as the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is only available in 45mm.
That’s why the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic has to be Samsung’s most impressive watch in recent years. It’s even bigger than the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, which was offered in 2021 at only 46mm.
No size changes are expected from the base Galaxy Watch 5, but we know the connected watch should see its screen size increase. The black borders around it should be thinner and offer a more immersive display. As such, Samsung may slightly catch up with some of its rivals that offer edgeless displays on their connected watches.
