‘Kamehameha’: Player’s furious reaction after defeat in ‘Dragon Ball FighterZ’ goes viral

Recently, during the CEO 2023 tournament that took place last weekend, a “Dragon Ball FighterZ” player was unable to handle the defeat and had an explosive reaction during the tournament.

Furious, he threw the controller and headset at the table, attacked his opponent and then the cameraman who was filming the match. Watch the moment:

Most players in the competitive gaming community, including fighting games, respectfully accept defeat, greeting their opponent with a handshake or friendly gesture.

“He’s just a kid, he’s only 16, let him go,” said one of the people who broke up the fight.

Another replied:

“So just because he’s 16 he can hit someone?”

While there was some discussion about letting him get away with it, there doesn’t appear to have been any further physical confrontation beyond the initial punch he attempted to throw.

The cameraman involved gave his account of the situation, claiming that the gamer in question threw his backpack and a chair, but he was not hurt.

The angry competitor was kicked out of the tournament, and event CEO Alex Jebailey tweeted that players should “keep the fight in the games please”
