This is not the only information we have about the photo part of the device. According to Majin Bu, a well-known leakster specializing in Apple-branded products, iPhone 16 may adopt a new sensor layout. It’s not actually news. We prefer to return to a previous configuration, namely vertically aligned sensors, like on the iPhone 12 or iPhone X.
At the beginning of February 2024, an insider had already shared some industrial renderings of the iPhone 16 that revealed this new approach.
