2022 is already a good year for Apple in terms of transforming Android users. Commenting on the financial results for the last quarter, Tim Cook announced that a record was broken in transitions from Android to iOS in the past few days. According to a report by StockApp, Android’s market share dropped from 77.32% to 69.74% in favor of iOS in four years.
While smartphone sales have slowed for months, Apple has managed to stabilize its performance, while shipments are collapsing for many Android manufacturers. Also, iPhone users remain very loyal to Apple, and few discover or return to Android.
