Connected toilets are not necessarily a new idea. Kohler has already entered the market with Alexa-assisted toilets. For its part, Xiaomi has designed smart systems for toilets, including connected windows. But this time, the manufacturer offers toilets that are fully integrated into the Xiaomi Home environment.
Connected toilets via the Xiaomi Home app
That’s why it uses Xiaomi Home, the home app with which you can control your toilets. You can warm up the seat before you arrive. You also have the possibility to manage the water flow according to each member of the family. These toilets, called Smart Toilet Zero, have a jet to clean the front and/or back of the user. Finally, the frame automatically raises and lowers.
As a bonus, these toilets clean themselves with a steam system that uses 5 liters of water. Xiaomi is therefore playing the ecology card. So you don’t have to worry. Buying these smart toilets will still require ordering and importing from China. Marketed for around 400 Euros, these toilets are not currently sold in France.
