Google finally acknowledges on its forums that there is a bluetooth connection issue with the Home and Home Nest speakers. Most users of connected speakers are probably content to ask them to directly start playing a streaming song, audiobook, or podcast in the form of a voice command. However, as a bonus, you can use all your speakers as a classic bluetooth speaker.
To do this, simply tell your pregnant woman. “Ok Google, bluetooth pairing”, then connect, for example, the speaker on your smartphone. Then you can directly play the audio content available on your smartphone. But since at least late 2018, many users have been complaining that the connection tends to drop or become unstable after a few minutes. Until then, the Mountain View company had not noticed the problem.
The firm now recognizes the bug on their forum: “We apologize for the inconvenience! Our team is already aware and working on a fix, we’ll pass it on to our team and let you know as soon as an update is available. Bravery !”. Another post cited by Android Police from a Google Home and Nest Home user community expert advises affected users to tell their speaker “Ok Google, post a comment”then report a problem with bluetooth.
