Salt and Sacrifice Refuge Key and Trader Raury explained

The Salt and Sacrifice Hide Key is a small secret key you can find while exploring Ashbourne Village – and it’s clearly used for something interesting. The Hideout Key’s description tells you it’s for “hidden people, dungeon smugglers, and bandits,” but it’s not clear where exactly to derive from that. After all, private individuals don’t publish their locations much. However, we’ll show you where to get the Key to Hiding in Salt and Sacrifice, what it’s used for, and how it’s related to Trader Raury.

Salt and Sacrifice Hide Key revealed

The Salt and Sacrifice Hide Key are basically used to free Trader Raury, but that door is not easy to find. It’s worth doing though, as it once was, Raury moves to the central area of ​​Pardoner’s Vale and becomes much more accessible as well as opening a new faction – but we’ll explain that in a moment.

Once you have the Hide Key, you do not need to leave the Ashbourne Village area. Instead, follow these steps:

1. Kill two mages in Ashbourne Village
2. Go east to Greymoss Mire (requires Grappling Hook)
3. In the lower left corner of Greymoss Mire is access to Craterstone Mines.
4. At the bottom of the steps in Craterstone Mines, there is a door on the left that can only be opened with the Hideout Key. There is a chest on a platform above it, you can be sure.
5. Open the door and talk to the inside Merchant Raury, who is not Patches from the SoulsBorne games, we promise.

7. Raury said he would return to Pardoner’s Vale. When you return, you can find it in the caves in the lower part of that area.

Raury is in the caves east of the Co-operative Board in Pardoner’s Vale. Once inside, go down the ledge immediately in front of you and go left until you find it at a dead end. Raury introduces himself as a Spice Merchant and Blueheart Runner and says he can reward you for killing Hazeburnt Husks, enemies in other players’ games, in a special PvPvE mode triggered by Blue Candle, which you can buy from him for 100 Silver.
