FYI, GFN works even in unsupported regions with the help of a VPN. So we thought why not try to use GeForce Now on a much bigger screen, like Android TV. We did, and the cloud gaming experience on Android TV is top notch. You can play desktop-level games on your TV and all you need is a fast internet connection. So, if you’re interested, follow our guide and learn how to run GeForce Now on Android TV.

Before we get started, let me tell you that if you are from the US or Europe, you can easily run GeForce Now on your Android TV without any rogue workarounds. However, if you belong to a region that GeForce Now has not yet reached, you will need a VPN. Don’t worry, VPN is only required for authentication, not during gameplay.

1. First of all, Download GeForce Now APK from here On your smartphone or computer. The APK was developed for Android smartphones but works surprisingly well on Android TV. Make sure you download the latest version of the APK.

2. Next, Move APK file to TV. You can follow our guide on how to sideload apps on Android TV to move APK wirelessly without any hassle.

3. After that, install a file manager on your Android TV. I recommend Solid Explorer (Freeoffers in-app purchases) because it is easy to use and has a clean UI.

4. Now, Find GeForce Now APK On your Android TV via Solid Explorer.

5. Open the APK file and Install GeForce Now right on your Android TV.

6. Finally open it and grant all permissions. From now on, “sign in“. Here you will find a code. Make a note of it.

7. Open now geforcenow.com/login on your smartphone or computer and enter the code above. Note that you will need to do this if you are using GeForce Now from an unsupported region such as India. connect to a VPN On your smartphone or computer. After that you can login to your Nvidia account and enter the code.

8. After entering the code, you will be automatically signed into your GeForce Now account on the TV. Now, tap on any title and hit the road to play. Keep in mind, you will i need game controller To play the game on your TV

9. For unsupported regions, you must connect your Android TV to a VPN before playing games. you can download ProtonVPN (Freeoffers in-app purchases) or Windscribe (Freeoffers in-app purchases) on your Android TV and connect to a US server.

10. Now go ahead and play the game you want on GeForce Now on your Android TV. After the equipment is allocated, disconnect from VPN on your TV. It will improve your game and reduce lag.
